Full Body Cryotherapy
Full Body Cryotherapy is a non-invasive therapy that triggers the body’s natural responses to accelerate recovery and decrease inflammation throughout the body. After just 2-3 minutes of exposure to the intense cold (3 minutes max), you will notice a boost in energy, relief of muscle and/or joint pain, and many other positive benefits.

For this treatment you will enter our private room, with our Cryo Arctic Chamber, and go over the process with one of our wellness therapists. You will undress, leaving undergarments on, and for safety you will put on the provided knee-high socks, mittens, cap/head band and mask. Once you are ready, we will start the chamber and stay with you throughout the treatment to ensure you are comfortable, and safe.
Localized Cryotherapy
Localized Cryotherapy uses a small handheld device to apply the nitrogen gas to a specific target area. The session only takes minutes to complete and leaves you with benefits that improve physical performance, reduce wrinkles/ scarring, and relieve pain and inflammation. *See info on our three types of localized cryotherapy: Cryo Facial, Cryo Recovery, and Cryo skin treatments.
Cryo Facial
This treatment uses our local cryo machine to super cool the skin to decrease inflammation, reduce the appearance of scars, fine lines and wrinkles, and relieves discomfort from sinus pressure, headaches and jaw pain!
Cryo Recovery
This treatment uses our local cryo machine to apply the nitrogen cooled vapor to an injury in a specific area such as the neck, elbow, knee, ankle, hip, etc. The session takes 3-20 minutes to complete, depending on the affected area. It leaves you with many benefits that improve physical performance and relieve pain and inflammation!
Cryo Skin
This treatment uses our localized cryo machine to treat many skin related issues, and targets that specific area. It works by cooling the skin, which enhances your body’s natural abilities to heal. This decreases pain in the skin, reduces inflammation and redness, evens skin tone, and helps to reduce scarring and cellulite! *
*This treatment works best in conjunction with other services such as the Red-Light Therapy and NormaTec Compression Therapy, especially when used for cellulite reduction.

What is Cryotherapy?Cryotherapy is the science of using cold temperatures to safely lower your skin’s temperature to induce relaxation, and overall wellness benefits.
-
What is a °Cryo Chamber?A °CRYO Chamber is where we conduct our whole body cryotherapy sessions. Once you step into a °CRYO Chamber, your body is briefly enveloped with cryogenically cooled air with temperatures reaching as low as -220°C for a maximum period of three minutes.
-
Is Cryotherapy dangerous?Cryotherapy treatments are not dangerous as the liquid nitrogen that is used as a chilling agent does not come into contact with your skin. A trained operator is always present during the treatment to control the temperature levels and monitor your comfort.
-
Are there any reasons why I shouldn't do a cryotherapy session? Most people can do a cryotherapy session. However, you should always consult your physician or other health care professional before starting cryotherapy. We do not recommend Whole Body Cryotherapy for anyone that has a heart/lung condition, is currently pregnant, or anyone under 14 years old.
-
Is it comfortable?Yes! °CRYO treatments are comfortable. Describing the feeling of a °CRYO Chamber treatment is like standing naked in front of a freezer on a hot day.
-
How long does a cryotherapy session last? Our Whole Body Cryo treatments last for a maximum of three minutes. However, some of our Localized Cryo Treatments can last up to 60 minutes depending on your requirements.
-
I'm claustrophobic. Can I still use the °Cryo Chamber?Absolutely. Our °CRYO Chamber has the option to have your head above the cold air and maintain contact with the outside. The °CRYO Chamber is also equipped with a door that is closed but not locked, so you are always in control while in the chamber.
-
What do I wear during my treatment? You’ll be in your undergarments during the session, and we’ll provide mittens, socks, and foot protection to keep your extremities safe from the cold.
-
Do I shower before or after my treatment? There is no showering involved with cryotherapy. Our treatments are completely dry.
-
How soon after my treatment can I expect results? It depends on the results you are trying to achieve. We generally recommend 2-3 treatments per week initially to see results. °CRYO Science cannot guarantee that any of our clients will see specific results. *Results may vary based on the individual
-
Is one treatment enough? While every °CRYO session can be beneficial, we suggest that the series be repeated every three months. Athletes will often have between 4-6 sessions per week to help achieve peak performance during intense training periods.
